Air Fryer Chicken Sandwich
A healthier, crispy air-fried chicken sandwich coated in crunchy cornflakes and topped with a spicy Greek yogurt sauce.

- 1 chicken breast
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Flour, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Egg and hot sauce wet mix
- Crushed Corn Flakes
- Avocado oil spray
- 1/4 C Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 T Sriracha
- 2 tsp Gochujang
- 2 T Pickle Juice
- 2 Buns
- Pickles (optional)

Pound out the chicken breast to an even thickness and cut in half.

Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour.

Dip into the egg and hot sauce mixture.

Coat completely in crushed Corn Flakes.

Spray both sides of the chicken with avocado oil.

Air fry at 375°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
