Easy No-Knead Bread
A simple, unprocessed no-knead bread that requires minimal preparation and no dough handling by hand.

Ingredients
- 525g strong bread flour
- 7g quick acting yeast
- 15g Olive oil (or 1 tablespoon)
- 395ml warm water
- 12g fine salt
- 50ml Warm water
Method

Mix the flour, olive oil, 395ml warm water, and yeast together in a bowl using a spoon.

Cover with cling film and leave to rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Dissolve 12g fine salt in 50ml warm water, add to the dough, and mix until combined.

Leave to rest for 3-4 hours in a warm place.

Once risen, transfer the dough to a lined high-sided baking tray (max 30x20cm) or a loaf tin.

Preheat the oven to 220C (fan).

Bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
