Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • pinch of salt
  • chives and parsley
  • cheese of your choice

Method

  1. 1

Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl until completely uniform.

  2. 2

Melt the butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.

  3. 3

Pour in the eggs and stir continuously while shaking the pan to form small, creamy curds.

  4. 4

Sprinkle the cheese, chives, and parsley across the center.

  5. 5

Remove the pan from the heat while the eggs are still slightly soft and underdone, allowing the residual heat to finish cooking them.

  6. 6

Roll the omelette onto a serving plate and garnish with additional fresh herbs.
