A sturdy and flavorful low-carb bread alternative made by baking cheddar cheese directly into thin, overlapping zucchini slices.
Ingredients

- Cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder
- Smoked paprika (optional)
- Sandwich fillings of choice (such as peppercorn mayo, smoked turkey breast, beef bacon, lettuce, tomato, and red onion)

Use a mandoline or vegetable peeler to slice the zucchini into thin, even strips.
